Find answers to common questions about Strix Vision's security,
integration, and deployment.
Security &
Compliance
Is my data stored in Canada?
Yes. 100%.
All data is stored and processed locally within your agency's own
infrastructure on Canadian soil. Data never leaves your facility
or crosses the border.
Does Strix ingest or train on our data?
No.
Your agency's data belongs to you. We do not use your sensitive
case files to train our public models. Your instance is private
and siloed.
Integration &
Workflow
Do we need to replace Niche, Versaterm, or our current RMS?
Absolutely not.
Strix Vision is designed as a 'Sidecar' application. It works
alongside your current RMS. You generate your narratives and
briefs in Strix, then simply export or paste the finalized text
into your official system of record.
Is the AI output court-ready?
Strix provides a
high-fidelity draft, but the Officer is always the 'Human in the Loop.' Our workflow
forces a review step to ensure accuracy before any document is
finalized for disclosure. The AI assists; the Officer attests.
Deployment
How long does implementation take?
Because Strix is deployed on-premise within your agency's own
infrastructure and requires no deep integration with your legacy
servers, we can
deploy rapidly
to get your unit up and running.
How is the application deployed?
Strix is
fully responsive
and accessible via secure mobile browsers on service MDT (Mobile
Data Terminals) and agency-issued computers.
